Who Is Eligible?
- Your project is located in one of the eligible DFW-area counties
- The home’s sale or current listing price is $800,000 or less
- You have before-and-after photos of your renovation
- You’re at least 18 years old

How Much Does It Cost To Enter?
Nothing. Entry is completely free.
Does My House / Flip Have To Be Sold?
No. Unsold properties are welcome as long as they meet the eligibility requirements.
How Many Photos Do I Need?
You’ll upload five before-and-after photo pairs showing key areas of the home, including the exterior, living room, kitchen, primary bathroom, and one bonus area of your choice.
How Is The Winner Selected?
Public voting determines the finalists. A Westport judging panel then selects the grand prize winner based on the overall quality of the renovation.
Can I Share My Entry?
Absolutely. Every approved submission receives its own shareable page so friends, family, and followers can vote.
